Delivery
Bene emo makes every effort to ensure the delivery of your order within 2-5 working days in Sweden and 10 working days (for the rest of the countries) from when your purchase is registrated on the website. Your parcel will be shipped by PostNord or any of their partners. Delivery is carried out to the address of your choice. Please note that we only ship to your home or office addresses and not to P.O. Box addresses. In the email confirmation of your order, you will find the number of shipping package. This number will allow you to track your parcel in real time. To do this, simply log in to the website of PostNord: www.postnord.se In the case of absence at the time of delivery, a slip will be left in the customer's mailbox explaining that the package will be held for 15 consecutive days at the nearest Post Office. After 15 days, the package will be sent back to Bene emo, which will contact the Customer to propose a solution to the problem.

Shipping cost inside Sweden is 58 swedish crowns.
Shipping cost outside Sweden is 85 swedish crowns (see list below which countries we are shipping to):

Returns
Have you changed your mind?
Bene emo offers you the opportunity to return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of your package.
To do this, simply follow a few rules:

- The returned package should be accompanied by the return note. In case of partial return, you must indicate on the return note of the products which one you do not want to keep.
- In addition, the products must be packed carefully in their original packaging and/or in a package specifically designed for this purpose and tape well adjusted. Bene emo guarantees a full refund (Withdrawal of Order), if all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or hangtags should be intact. Bikinis and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact. Bene emo strongly recommends trying on bikinis and swimsuits with your panties lingerie underneath and with your skin free of makeup, body lotion or self tanning lotion to avoid any dirt on the item.
- All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should always be returned in the same way they were delivered.
- The return costs are entirely your responsibility.
- Returns are not elegible when the items have a discount of 40% or bigger than 40%. Exchanges are elegible when there are stock available and follow our return conditions.
- Please note that bags, handbags, sun creams & after sun creams are not possible to return or exchange.
- Shipment is your responsibility, Bene emo strongly recommends you to use the service "Registered package" or any other service provider offering you similar guarantees in the event of loss, theft or deterioration of the parcel.
- Remember it is you, the customer, who is responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your deposit slip as proof of your postage and please inform us about the return and the tracking number of your return. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to come to us and be processed at our store. Please be aware that all items sent back to us must be in original condition and include all labels and hangtags.
- In case of non-compliance with the aforementioned conditions and deadlines, Bene emo reserves the right to not refund and refuse the package which will then be shipped back to the Customer.

You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we have received your return. It might then take up to 21 days until your refund will be processed. Refund will be made to you in the same way as the payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and await further instruction before returning the item(s).
